The registrations for our „Future Sustainability Manager“ Digital Summer School program are opened!

The program provides an opportunity for Students to participate in this interactive and international online learning experience this summer from July 5-9. A small pre-program will run throughout June. More details are provided below.

What you get

The Summer School will offer you the opportunity to:

• Network with like-minded change makers from all over Europe
• Dive deeper into the topics of responsible management, systems thinking, sustainable entrepreneurship & business models and international CSR
• Meet and discuss with international experts and sustainability practitioners
• Gain valuable skills and capabilities through group work, case studies, experienced based learning, presentations as well as elements of creativity and mindfulness

The five-day online summer school aims to bring you a beyond-the-classroom experience and to foster a mind- and skill set to prepare you for the future of work and empower you to drive change and create positive impact for the people and environment around you.

Moreover, get to know and connect to like-minded students from all over Europe and build your network of change-makers and sustainable thinkers. Beyond the learning sessions, the program will include many opportunities for fun interactions and social activities!

Participants will receive a participation certificate at the end of the program.

How to participate

Participation in the summer school is completely free but limited. If you want to participate in the program, please let us know by filling out this short registration survey until May 28 HERE.

FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE SUMMER SCHOOL SCHEDULE:

The Summer School consists of the following two learning spaces:

1) A four-week online pre-program from June 5th to July 2nd 2021:

• Live opening session & Welcome to the program
• Self-guided learning through a resource library
• Little tasks and exercises to get to know your peers and ease into the program
• Two expert round table online live sessions
• One small group work case study assignment
• Opportunity to interact and discuss with your fellow international summer school participants through the online platform

Your expected time input during this time will be around 1-5 hours per week, depending on your own availability and learning motivation during this time. Participation in the pre-program is however an obligatory part of the summer school experience.

2) The one-week online Summer School program from July 5th to July 9th 2021:

• On- and offline learning sessions
• Virtual site visit
• Experts & Practitioner guests from sustainable management, entrepreneurship & innovation
• Networking & Discussions
• Guided meditations, mindfulness practices and reflection exercises
• Group work and final pitch presentations
• On- and offline social activities
• Opening- and Closing Events

The one-week summer school program will run from Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to approximately 6 pm with 90 min lunch breaks. Times may vary depending on final schedule and daily activities. As participation is limited, we expect selected students to participate in the entire one-week program.
